The Dawn NextGen Circle is a closed peer group for successors & nextgens. A space to connect, be inspired, and build what's next - with people who actually get it.

Who It's For

‍

Next-gen leaders of family and legacy businesses, typically in their late twenties to early forties, taking on real responsibility for what the business becomes next.

Members come in different shapes: leading shareholders, operators inside the business, founders building alongside or beyond it, and those still deciding what their role will be. What they share is the weight of carrying something built before them, and the intent to evolve it rather than just hold it.
