Lisa Yerebakan is Managing Partner & Founder of Dawn Ventures, a Zurich-based venture studio for family-owned and legacy businesses. She grew up in family businesses in Switzerland and Turkey, and helps owners and NextGens build new businesses next to the core. She speaks regularly on business models and renewal.
Lisa Yerebakan – long bio
Lisa Yerebakan founded Dawn Ventures in 2024 to help family-owned and legacy businesses renew themselves – not with slide decks, but by building new business engines next to the core.
Before Dawn, she was a founding member of SIX Group's innovation and corporate venturing unit, worked on buy-side due diligence at TBF + Partner, and held roles at HudsonGoodman and Julius Bär. She grew up in family businesses spanning Switzerland and Turkey and holds an M.A. in Business Innovation and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She runs the Dawn NextGen Circle and speaks at family business congresses across Europe.
